By making a reservation at Badhuys Massage & Wellness Terworm (Terworm 10, 6411 RV Heerlen, located within Van der Valk Hotel Heerlen), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via the hotel. Payment is generally made in advance online; in some cases, payment on location is possible. An appointment is only confirmed once it has been accepted.

​

Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For cancellations within 24 hours or in case of a no-show, the full amount of the booked treatment will be charged. This applies to all bookings, regardless of the booking method. For online payments, the amount will be automatically charged.

In case of late arrival, the treatment time may be shortened to respect the schedule. The full price of the treatment remains due.

Guests are responsible for providing correct health information. If necessary, an intake form may be required. Badhuys reserves the right to refuse or adjust a treatment if deemed medically or professionally necessary.

Treatments are performed with care and professionalism. Badhuys Massage & Wellness Terworm cannot be held liable for any damage or complaints arising from treatments, unless there is proven negligence. Van der Valk Hotel Heerlen is also not liable for treatments performed by Badhuys. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully. Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the treatment without refund.

Duo treatments take place in the same room and start and end simultaneously.

​

Gift vouchers are valid for the stated period and are not redeemable for cash.

​

All payments are processed via Badhuys Massage & Wellness Terworm; direct payments to therapists are not permitted.

 

In case of force majeure, Badhuys reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments.

 

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
