Terms and Conditions – Badhuys Massage & Wellness Terworm
By making a reservation at Badhuys Massage & Wellness Terworm, located at Terworm 10, 6411 RV Heerlen, the Netherlands (situated within Van der Valk Hotel Heerlen), the guest agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Reservations & Payment
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or via the hotel. Payment is generally made in advance online. In some cases, payment on location may be possible. A reservation is only final upon confirmation.
Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. For cancellations within 24 hours or in case of a no-show, the full treatment amount will be charged. This applies to all bookings regardless of the booking method.
Late Arrival
In case of late arrival, the treatment time may be shortened to respect the schedule. The full price of the reserved treatment remains due.
Health & Intake
Guests are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information. For certain treatments, an intake form may be required. By completing this form, the guest confirms the accuracy of the information provided and agrees to the treatment. Badhuys reserves the right to refuse or adjust a treatment if deemed medically or professionally necessary.
Liability
Treatments are carried out with the highest level of care and professionalism. Badhuys Massage & Wellness Terworm cannot be held liable for any damage, injury, or complaints arising from treatments, unless there is proven negligence. Van der Valk Hotel Heerlen is also not liable for treatments performed by Badhuys. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest.
Conduct
All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards therapists and other visitors. In case of inappropriate behavior, Badhuys reserves the right to terminate the treatment immediately and deny further access without any refund.
Duo Treatments
Duo treatments take place in the same room. Guests may choose different treatments, which will start and end simultaneously.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for the stated period and cannot be exchanged for cash. In case of loss or theft, no replacement will be issued.
Payments
All payments are handled by Badhuys Massage & Wellness Terworm. Direct payments to therapists are not permitted.
Force Majeure
In case of force majeure, including illness, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, Badhuys reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments.
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
